At Canada Weather Gear, we want you to be fully prepared for the elements with gear you love. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the return process and secure it to your original packaging.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Take your package to any authorized carrier location, ensuring all previous shipping labels are covered or removed.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned gear, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
